I have been drawing portraits for a while now, and I have recently developed an eye for good portraiture. This is good portraiture. The pose expression lighting and even the monotone color all make for a message. This is one of those pictures that keep me staring at it to figure out ; what exactly is going on? Is he thing about his life? did he just see something strange? Who knows?
